This page constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as a "User/Customer" and Fish Flow store. Your use of the website or making a purchase signifies your full acceptance of all the terms listed below:
1. Eligibility and Account Terms
By agreeing to these terms, the customer guarantees that they possess the full legal capacity to enter into contracts and make purchases (18 years of age or older, or possessing parental/guardian consent).
The customer commits to providing accurate, current, and complete information when registering or placing an order (Name, Address, Mobile Number, and Email). The customer bears full responsibility for any shipping delays or errors resulting from incorrect data entry.
2. Products and Pricing
Fish Flow strives to provide the highest level of accuracy in displaying product images and descriptions; however, slight variations in colors or packaging may occur due to screen settings or manufacturer updates.
All prices displayed in the store are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). The store reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
Prices may or may not include Value Added Tax (VAT) or shipping fees, which will be clearly detailed in the invoice summary prior to checkout.
3. Payment and Security Policy
The store provides secure and approved electronic payment methods (Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Tamara, etc.) through encrypted and trusted payment gateways.
The store reserves the right to cancel any purchase transaction in the event of suspected financial fraud or unauthorized use of credit cards.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Physical products are shipped to the address specified by the customer via third-party shipping and delivery companies.
Delivery timeframes displayed on the website are approximate estimates subject to courier conditions and geographical regions.
Fish Flow’s direct responsibility for the shipment ends once it is handed over to the shipping company and the customer is provided with a tracking number. Tracking and communicating with the courier becomes the customer's responsibility (though the store commits to assisting and following up to resolve any delivery obstacles).
5. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Fish Flow store (including but not limited to: logos, texts, designs, images, icons, and software) is the exclusive intellectual property of the store or its licensors, protected under copyright and trademark laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the store's content for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written permission from us.
6. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
Fish Flow shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the customer's misuse of products or failure to comply with safety guidelines for each item.
The store shall not be considered in breach of this agreement in the event of delay or failure to perform any of its obligations due to "Force Majeure" (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, wars, sudden government regulations, or public telecommunications network failures).
7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Fish Flow reserves the right to update, amend, or change any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted directly on this page and become effective immediately upon publication. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (E-Commerce Law, Consumer Protection Law).
Any dispute arising from the use of the store or purchases made through it, which cannot be resolved amicably, shall be adjudicated exclusively before the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
